Thank you for purchasing from Civillian Defense. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, your purchase is protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal), it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible.
- Refunds are limited to one (1) per customer per product. Repeat purchases of the same product after a refund are not eligible for further refunds.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse of the guarantee, or violation of our Terms of Service (for example, unauthorized redistribution of our materials).
